Pros

Work-life balance. Flexible working shift hours. 7.30-4.30 8.30-5.30 9.30-6.30 Colleagues is friendly. Salary wise is average. Good stepping stone. Provided training for every year but still depends on company Budget.

Cons

Low increment. Bonus will cut off straight away if company doesn't perform well. Most important the company doesn't inform earlier and send email by last minute. Company doesn't know what employee expecting. Too many procedure need to be follow. Promotion is based loyalty of employee instead of skill set and attitude.
