Pros
- Good work/life balance - Friendly and helpful colleagues (up to Junior Management level) - No office politics at (junior levels) - Good learning opportunities for first 2-3 years of employment
Cons
- Slow career progress if you are not in good terms with Senior Management - Very little salary increment (if you are quiet type) - Job scopes are not clearly defined - No proper training provided - You may probably be doing the same things for years - No clear career path - Inter-department politics (different departments fighting for the same jobs to meet their sales target, but quite the opposite when it comes to sharing the responsibilities)
