- Stable - Unlikely to be fired - Nice colleagues - Slow-paced at times (Both Good and bad) - Can usually arrive and leave on time - WFH opportunities still available

Cons

- Slow to change or react - Lack of incentives for workers to improve - Easy to stagnate; Not much progression - Pay below average - Hierarchical, especially when dealing with HQ - Not many leaves

No direction from management. Lack of career growth. Biased management. Designers unable to maintain quality of predecessors Unable to transfer between organisations Too many deadweights due to no retrenchment
