Good pace, no stress, good environment to work for someone who is interested in Industrial Automation. Benefits are pretty much normal, health, dental. Strong work-life balance. Working with many people from different countries and cultures.

Cons

Company Events depends on Company performance. There are not much other things to do other than your job and building yourself up during low peak periods of your project.
