Pros

Good place to start your career

Cons

Slow growth in terms of experience and salary. Salary lower than market value Very low increment yearly (1%-10% or not at all). It does not matter how hardworking/loaded you are, they will not add staff if your load is still less 200%. Management does not care about welfare, you are not fairly paid and have to fight to get what you deserve. Very slow decision making process by the management, leads to frustrations of lower level staffs. Rigid policy and illogical cost cutting Employees who are not doing a good job will not affected and employees who did great job will be given more tasks even what's not their scope since the othr does not bother to do it. HR is too rigid and does not care about employees welfare.

Cons

1. Slow footstep 2. No incentive to improve, promise 3% at the end get 1% 3. Company Events depends on company performance 4. Cutoff bonus on November by dropping a MAIL 5. Racist (The top management races depend on the department HEAD). If your boss is INDIAN, all the managers are INDIANS.
