Great face to face time with members. Fun and energetic work environment and room to move around.

Cons

Management needs to communicate better. Seasonal work, no benefits.

Pros

Get to work where people vacation A lot of autonomy during the day Seasonal work so you have time off in between seasons

Cons

Managers have a "get the job done" mentality, no matter what the costs Must be willing to work 12-15 hours per day during the busy times due to being understaffed Different departments are run very differently and can sometimes be hard to transfer Have heard of people being "blacklisted" for voicing opinions that differ from higher-ups
