Pros

Amazing setting in one of the most beautiful parts of the country Employee Ski Days (1/2 per month and restricted runs) Work Life Balance (for some)

Cons

Food they offer to employees is really poor, its free, but that doesn't mean you should eat it No investment in Employees who work there or want to progress All focus is on members regardless how they treat employees People think it is the center of the universe because of clientele, its not.
