Pros

They really take care of staff, free food and drinks 24/7. Actually let staff ski on a private mountain. Unheard of anywhere else

Cons

Staff complains about free coffee, free food, free transportation, etc.

Pros

One of the few non-trade jobs in the area

Cons

Corruption at the highest level. Club is constantly entrenched in lawsuits for illegal activities related business conduct and employee mistreatment. Well-being of employees isn't even a consideration. HR is only here to protect the club's interests. Solid work ethic and initiative are punished. 'Good 'ol boys' club.
