Pros

Management is pretty thorough with training, so you feel prepared. They also offer decent hourly (other clubs in Big Sky pay more hourly though) but the tips will often times double or triple your paycheck. Really good job for people who are personable, have a good memory, and really organized. Looks really good on a resume!

Cons

Management gets pretty lazy as the season goes on and will blame the team for falling behind or makes mistakes. Also be prepared to be busy for your entire shift. The concierge team is contacted by members constantly and are often giving the most out of pocket requests!
