      Pros

      Yazaki is a nice place to start your career.

      Cons

      There is no space to grow within the company. The salary is not competitive enough. For some jobs, there is no training at all and, in my case, they didn't know where I should sit and how to prepare everything for me. People are not that nice and they will not support you everytime. I faced a lot of disrespect from coleagues. Yazaki is a company that prefers to ignore the problems and the hard things that people are facing instead of solving them. There are too many managers and even them sometimes get confused to whom they should report.

      If you take a position at Yazaki prepare to do the jobs of five people for the pay of three quarters of one.

      Pros

      None come to my mind.

      Cons

      In the seventeen years I worked for them I was hired in working two job roles and was constantly having extra work added to my duties. By the time I left I was doing the work of four people but was paid considerably less than the industry average for my job.
