I do not recommend - Advanced Purchasing Buyer Yazaki Employee Review

There is no space to grow within the company. The salary is not competitive enough. For some jobs, there is no training at all and, in my case, they didn't know where I should sit and how to prepare everything for me. People are not that nice and they will not support you everytime. I faced a lot of disrespect from coleagues. Yazaki is a company that prefers to ignore the problems and the hard things that people are facing instead of solving them. There are too many managers and even them sometimes get confused to whom they should report.
