      Pros

      Some great people and nice refurbished office..free tea & coffee. If you get married you get an extra weeks holiday.

      Cons

      Poor Senior Management team..high turnover of staff..seems like all the good people leave...leaving the dinosaurs to continue doing a poor job.

      Pros

      The people here are good to work with and the building is new and modern looking. It is also in a great location, nearby to plenty of restaurants. Lunch and hours are also flexible which is an added plus.

      Cons

      Only 10 vacation days starting for the year (on top of US holidays). Talent also isnt distributed thought the company equally. Some departments have plenty of free time and others are understaffed.

      Pros

      Good Manager and good location. Pay was decent.

      Cons

      Very heavy workload for the pay. There were very little life/work balance. Manager was nice but expect way too much from the individuals. The team lead was very aggressive/pushy and created a hostile workplace. The team itself showed favoritism toward a certain members and isolated some, and did not well work together. Everything is so manual and little training was provided. Such a big company but their system is outdated.
