PLANNER/ANALYST - Anonymous employee Yazaki Employee Review

Very heavy workload for the pay. There were very little life/work balance. Manager was nice but expect way too much from the individuals. The team lead was very aggressive/pushy and created a hostile workplace. The team itself showed favoritism toward a certain members and isolated some, and did not well work together. Everything is so manual and little training was provided. Such a big company but their system is outdated.
