      Pros

      All BUs are team oriented and positive. Purchasing group needs help.

      Cons

      Purchasing group seems misguided and is in need of help. The cumbersome processes, lack of effective IT systems and rules of engagement they set with how other functional groups engage with the supplier reduces efficiencies in getting deliverable to final customer. Because of this buyers are forced into clearical and administrative mode vs. Strategict project management.

      Pros

      I had a good experience at Yazaki although it was short term. The hours were normal (9-5) and the management was fairly flexible.

      Cons

      Pay was well below competitor's.
