      Pros

      Great benefits, pay, employee relations, low stress, great first job out of college, tuition reimbursement available, facility is really nice. Go to work at 8, leave at 5 = great work/life balance.

      Cons

      I can only speak of my OEM because I'm not sure how the other group dynamics are but for the OEM I work for: work is slow, management is very dysfunctional, jobs are not very technical, mediocre job, not much growth opportunity

      Pros

      My supervisor was a great person to work for and very supportive. The building is large and nice to walk in the winter months when you need to get away from your desk.

      Cons

      Moved people up that shouldn't have been moved and overlooked ones that should have.

      Pros

      The people that you work with are great. Very nice and friendly. Although this could be due to the department and what you make of it. My manager thought well in advance for when I started and made plans with my mentor onto what I would be working on. I was always busy and working but not overworked.

      Cons

      The cafeteria is horrible but was recently renovated and now cost even more. There were many required activities for interns that were not enjoyable and a waste of time.
