      Yazaki has some of the best fringe benefits, the potential for is great. Lots of travel domestically and internationally.

      Cons

      Yazaki is such a global entity that a person is easily lost in the shuffle. Potential personal growth can be stagnant due lack of proper oversight and or global candidates have the edge.
