Long time employees who were retained became hostile to younger employees after seeing their friends and coworkers of 15+ years be let go, but less experienced employees be kept on. Long time employees were left unchecked and given free reign due to management fearing them quitting and losing more talent. This led to management ignoring and failing to address reports of harassment and hostile work environments. The HR department is severely understaffed and thus not equipped to deal with any conflicts.
