Good company, bad management in Varna location

Management in Varna is terrible. The director of Varna office is an incompetent for the role he is given. He hires juniors and mid engineers that he has power to control. Seniors cant be succesfull unless they are close to him. The overall attitude from senior engineers is bad because there is no one to teach them on a proper attitude. The company is mainly based on contractors that hold the knowledge which make them arrogant and hard to replace. Many Senior engineers leave the company after an year just because they cant grow in the career ladder unless they are very close to the director. As a manager I worked with many teams across the globe and there the situation is better.
