      My experience at Yara Trinidad was hectic, but rewarding.

      Pros

      Opportunity to rapidly learn how to solve a broad range of technical issues, opportunity to interact with and learn from industry veterans, earning potential below management level is relatively high

      Cons

      Not a very good work/life balance and workforce can become very frustrated during long, intense work periods or during renegotiation of the agreement with the trade union.
