Pros

It has a solid business model and a very good work culture. Office workers' working hours can be flexible, and they can work from home. Compensation packages are also competitive.

Cons

It needs to improve career path planning for employees. Currently there is no career path and growth for employees. You need to apply to new internal jobs if you want to broaden your career path or find any horizontal or vertical growth.
