Good working environment Decent Salary Serious company, if you work hard you get promoted

Cons

at the time I was there I got a great team, but some middle managers were not very professional and they got this cheap mentality, which need to cut every single cost and exploit the employee at max level. They already save a lot of money opening in Vilnius, they were going even cheaper. I hope they updated themself a bit by now

- office location a bit far, not many options for lunch - benefits can be more competitive
