Flexibility ( remote work and flexible working hours), true international environment and cultural diversity, interaction with colleagues and suppliers at global level, interesting tasks, autonomy in carrying out tasks and taking decisions, Employees' initiatives to bring improvements are welcome. In general good company culture and values.

Cons

The actual experience depends a lot by the teams and people you work with. Many managers that pretend to be leaders would need to learn the actual foundation of leadership and how to handle resources. Recently, unstable context due to company reorganization and global layoffs.

Good working environment Decent Salary Serious company, if you work hard you get promoted

Cons

at the time I was there I got a great team, but some middle managers were not very professional and they got this cheap mentality, which need to cut every single cost and exploit the employee at max level. They already save a lot of money opening in Vilnius, they were going even cheaper. I hope they updated themself a bit by now

- office location a bit far, not many options for lunch - benefits can be more competitive
