      People is very charismatic and helpful. The company guidelines of equality, safety and respect are widespread

      Cons

      There are little chances to move up, as people tend to keep their positions

      Strong financials, strong middle layer managers at execution, global footprint.

      Cons

      It really a "minus", company in transition with executive changes so will take some time to stabilise.

      Too Horizontal organization. Few opportunities to grow. It is difficult to understand the company procedures.
