      One of the most interesting, exciting and fun experience so far!

      Pros

      Very open environment where leaders appreacite new ideas, knowledge sharing and and people's involvement. There are always exciting opportunities in different areas/segments and definetely it has been one of the most fun experiences so far!

      Cons

      Lately has been focusing more on hire external people than promote internal ones.

      Pros

      Several possibility to grow in the organization (new position every two-three years). high autonomy to act and to be accountable of our results. Possibility to meet great people

      Cons

      Sometime the management style does not make too much differences between best/bad performers in term of reward and benefits.

      Thank you for your reviews! Absolutely it is pretty much common in Yara to develop in new areas if employees want to and share that kind of desire with their manager. It is part of our culture to let people grow and be accountable for their own professional development . In our annual performance discussions employees have the possibility to share with their managers their own achievements for the past year. It is essential that they use this time as much as possible to show their managers what has been done, to allow a better and fair distribution of performance rewards.

      Growing company with a compeling vision and mission!

      Pros

      It is a growing company full of opportunities and talented people. Besides of that, it has a fantastic culture. Its employees are in general very accessible and that has a strong link with its Norwegian roots (non-hierarchical culture - easy to navigate)

      Cons

      Financial reward for outstanding performance is not the best in class. Besides of that, the company has had a lot of changes in the past years, which bring opportunities, but also challenges when it comes to business focus.
