      Pros

      Yara is a large company with presence in more than 50 countries, has good values about people and responsibility and great opportunities of growth.

      Cons

      Not so innovative. By be larger, is very hard change some processes, for example: manage projects. Agile for example, is a Taboo yet.

As in many other big companies, it is also true that processes may take some time to change, given the impact they may have globally :-)

      Yara is an wonderful company, with lots of growth opportunity, specially if you are mobile. Great environment, culture and values.

      Yara is a company with operations in a number of locations worldwide, opening possibilities for talented and motivated people to advance in their career, especially when mobile and flexible. Large variety of operations enables finding new challenges within the company even after relatively long working history

      Cons

      Sometimes finding balance between work and private life can be a challenge

      Thank you for your review and absolutely all true. As Yara is first of all a Norwegian company, and as a part of a Scandinavia culture, it is important to find the right balance between private and working life. In this respect we invite our employees to address their concern with their managers or HRBPs if anyhow they feel an increase of their working load :-)
