      interesting multicultural company, production should and could be core

      not agile, to centralized, high costs of raw material

Being a company with over 17.000 employees operating in over 60 countries often makes it different to be as agile as we would like to be, but we will definitely take note of your feedback.

      Payment is good, kind coworkers.

      Cons

      The company’s strategy will be followed, no mather what. Employees are involved in process, but have no influence whatsoever. HR at the site in the Netherlands are incompetent and not listening to their employees. The rules are being followed to the letter, without caring about the wellfare of people. There are even lies being told to hold on to their own opinion. Very unacceptable! Careergrowth is depending more on the favour of the supervisors rather than objectively.

In a Global company with over 17.000 employees and offices in 63 countries, policies and procedures tends to feel somewhat heavy. This is to ensure that all aspects are attended to. Safety in Yara is top priority, and an area where we can always improve! Yara believes that all accidents/injuries are preventable and that working safely is everyone's responsibility!
