      Pros

      I got the opportunity to put theory from school into actual work. I was so lucky to both travel and work outside Norway. The days here in Yara is challenging in many ways, but in return you will have interesting days full of learning oppotunities. The people and the structure in the company is very good and it has a working environment where knowledge grows.

      Cons

      I do not have any downsides working in Yara.

      - Business travels can sometimes be a bit much, depending on your position within the company.

      Thank you for your great review! Yara truly has an international work environment with over 17.000 employees from over 60 countries. This means that often some business travel is needed, but we are always looking for ways to impove work-life balance by using technical tools like video conferencing and conference calls.

      Terrible working environment and unethical management

      Promotions are based only in friendship with Business Unit Management People getting harrased all over, especially people coming from an acquired company (Abocol) Management at the Business Unit make up the posting of open positions to try to cover up internally that the hiring processes are fair. Unexperienced management Heavy financial losses High turnover Terrible environment
