      I'm not sure about other departments, but I was treated quite well.

      Work/life balance might be a little poor.

      Great values. Not so grate talent retention

      Pros

      Yara is an international company. In the foundations there are 4 core values (collaboration, curiosity, ambition, accountability) , as well as 2 pillars that are "licence to operate" (ethics and safety) As employee, you'll feel how this values are important part of the company.... Until you need a raise.... Or sometimes you just have to be uncomfortable so they figure out how to use anything you have done against you.
