      Good benefits Salary is fine

      Absolutely no work life balance. Management doesn't care about how much hardworking the employee is, keep delaying promotions unless the employee has something to praise then with daily.

      Big corporation with nice solutions

      Pros

      - Decent challenges - Employment stability - Low level managers and Middle management makes an extra effort to bring a diverse workforce in - Global company with a lot of cool stuff happening and a nice possibility to move sideways

      Cons

      - The big corp is stable, but some units goes through too much changing/re-org, which in general, is fine, some units have less than 5y, so it is normal, but too much change too quickly can cause a stressful time and harms that are difficult to heal.
