Work-life balance is highly valued at Yara and we have developed a global framework to highlight this subject. The framework includes elements of flexible working, limitation in meetings and travel, parental leave, family caregiver leave, and support for mental health, and wellbeing. The principles laid out in this global framework shall be reflected in all local policies, processes, procedures and guidelines on Work Life Balance and Wellbeing.
