We have access to substantial training internally and partner with external vendors to offer additional learning opportunities too. Managers are asked to help guide their teams with regards to growth and our record of promoting from within (25% of all positions filled last year) is a testament to that. Ensuring we have associates who can collaborate and work well together has always been a focus when hiring, so we're glad to see you enjoyed your time with your YPO colleagues. We're sorry to hear you felt pressure to work longer than usual hours and that there was a lack of support though. Our senior leadership team are very visible compared to other organizations and have made huge efforts to listen to our associates' pain points.
