Good training resources, members are a real pleasure to work with and superb international exposure.

Cons

A bit unfair from upper management, expectations can be a bit confusing and constant change.

Exciting Times at YPO

Pros

YPO management team is spread across the world yet always seems very connected to one another and to the strategic goals of the organization. Senior leadership team shows great care and concern for the well-being of their team members through work/life balance programs, tools, and encouragement.

Cons

Temporary con is the push to more advanced technology and the painful transition away from manual processes. It's a challenging environment today with lots of upside, but some team members struggle with change and that increases stress and workload for others.

YPO is keenly focused on work-life balance, as you mentioned, and that is something that will never change.
