Apologies for the late response as we do try and reply to all the reviews quickly. We appreciate the feedback, but am sorry to hear you don't recommend YPO overall. Every Associate, no matter their seniority, is reviewed by their manager twice a year and holding everyone accountable for their work is vital to the organization's success. Thank you for the positive review and for being an important part of the organization! The Chapter Manager or Chapter Administrator role is an important role that supports the YPO membership geographically. All Chapter Managers or Chapter Administrators are employed directly with the individual chapter and separately from the larger YPO global organization. Many YPO management associates started in chapter roles and progressed throughout the organization, even up to the senior leadership level.

Our associates have told us they value the work flexibility of work at YPO and the ability to work with the world’s top leaders. Recently, YPO launched a three week minimum vacation policy to honor our associates and encourage everyone to take time away from work to refresh, recharge then reengage.
