Intent is good but failing at culture

Pros

Some good and talented people work here and the members can be very interesting to work with. You can learn from both.

Cons

Poor culture. Stressed people trying to appease over 30,000 'CEO' members. Does not feel like a team. Leadership often over-commits what the small staff can deliver so there's little work/life balance.

Always learning and growing on the job. Wonderful coworkers.

Cons

The environment is very entrepreneurial and building things in flight. This may not be a fit for everyone.
