Pros

Some good and talented people work here and the members can be very interesting to work with. You can learn from both.

Cons

Poor culture. Stressed people trying to appease over 30,000 'CEO' members. Does not feel like a team. Leadership often over-commits what the small staff can deliver so there's little work/life balance.

Thanks for leaving a review and for the positive score overall. Internal learning and growth is vital, so we're sorry to hear you weren't able to experience that yourself. Last year, 30% of the positions filled were internal promotions though. An additional 10% were people transferring into a different role and 25% were filled by contractors being converted to associates. Thank you again for leaving the review!

Pros

YPO management team is spread across the world yet always seems very connected to one another and to the strategic goals of the organization. Senior leadership team shows great care and concern for the well-being of their team members through work/life balance programs, tools, and encouragement.

Cons

Temporary con is the push to more advanced technology and the painful transition away from manual processes. It's a challenging environment today with lots of upside, but some team members struggle with change and that increases stress and workload for others.

Thank you for the 5 star score and the positive review! We’re always very happy to hear from our team members and especially those who have been with YPO for a while! YPO is keenly focused on work-life balance, as you mentioned, and that is something that will never change. Delivering top programs to the YPO members will always be important and the exciting changes that are happening can naturally bring about stress and sometimes an increased workload. Luckily we have great Managers in place to listen and help us prioritize. Thank you again for the review and for all your hard work during the past 5 years!
