Global scope of work. Interesting and very intelligent, dedicated staff.

Cons

No transparency from Senior team and CEO. Constant change and highly reactive, not proactive due to influence members and board have on operations.

Pros

Remote workplace; the people who work at YPO are passionate about the vision/mission and are extremely talented and smart making it a fun and dynamic workplace. Good benefits and bonus plan.

Cons

Sr. leadership is not always aligned with the day to day work being done to produce an outstanding community for members. This is a demanding workplace and often employees struggle balancing work/life. Different departments often have conflicting priorities which can cause challenges working as one team.

The people who work here are most definitely talented and extremely passionate! Work and life balance is always a focus for management and being an organization with associates in 24 different countries and members in 140 , can sometimes make the balance difficult to manage. However, we are always trying to think of new ways to make sure everyone can enjoy their life and families, in addition to having a fulfilling job. Thank you for all of your thoughts, both positive and negative, as we strive to innovate and improve.
