Thank you for the positive review! Having associates in 25+ countries is definitely what makes YPO a special place to work. It does make it difficult to have those in-person experiences though. We are hoping to make those more frequent in the future!

Pros

Most of the people are nice to work with and friendly. Nice office. Good location.

Cons

Typical management. They have no clue what they're doing and no sense. They don't communicate properly. Their onboarding is a joke. I was hired for a position that didn't exist. Complete bait and switch. You'll end up doing nothing but fixing bugs in the corner. I thought they didn't have much attrition at first because most employees have been there more than 5 years. But come to find out, there is high attrition with anyone new that comes aboard. Overall it was a disappointment.

We are very proud of the average tenure being around 5 years and our rolling 12-month turnover is very average at around 12%. More than half of our associates have been here between 0-5 years as it stands, so we have a great mixture of new people along with our well tenured associates. Having close to 100% of our associates working from home around the world is definitely a big plus, as you have mentioned, and it remains something we are proud of. The cons you have listed are useful for us to hear though and every bit of feedback is beneficial. We have a lot to offer our associates and there are not many places who can better our ability to grow and develop the people who work here.
