We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and are saddened to hear of your experience. YPO is a challenging organization and most enjoy the unique challenges, hence our average tenure being 5 years. We take onboarding very seriously and have made a lot of improvements over the years, with more still to come. We do need new associates to become effective as quickly as possible, however, we also appreciate that not everyone will understand and grasp the complexities of the organization within the same timeframe. Everyone is given as much time as needed to train and onboard though and really onboarding continues for many months for all associates. All reports and complaints are taken extremely seriously and dealt with in a timely manner too. We are an extremely diverse and inclusive organization, with associates in 26 countries and everyone is treated with the utmost respect, regardless of which country they're located in. We are sorry once again to hear your time at YPO was not a successful one but wish you success in the future.
