- Choose wisely or I would recommend not to choose Xiaomi at all if you are getting a job through campus placement as they would not tell your JOB ROLE & sometimes LOCATION directly but come with a plan of Management Trainee/Specialist program that would give you exposure no doubt, but your stint will be remain unclear for the next of the few months. - They would force you to join the DEPARTMENT or LOCATION where they need you irrespective of your expertise or preference. Worst Department includes General Trade (If you are not looking to make your career in Sales & Distribution) and Location can be PAN India that can be Tier 2 cities thousand of Kms away from your hometown. That means Campus placements are entire luck factor and a gamble for you. - Rude, Non- supportive & Not so Helpful overrated Managers - You will come across most managers who are here for almost 5+ years. Trust me they would contribute 0 to your growth. They would only have insecurities with you as you can be much more talented than them. - Negative environment that is causing high attrition rate MOSTLY AMONG FRESHERS OR CAMPUS RECRUITS in this organization even by providing handsome salary entirely due to mismanagement by HRs and senior managers who are the real culprits for the downfall of the organization. - Zero team spirit, opinions are not welcomed, promotes licking culture.
