      Pros

      1. Always open for the feedbacks and trying to deliver what every is best for their employees and there MI fans. 2. Work culture is too good. 3. Work Place, architure and Office is too happening and colorful that you will enjoy your work. 4. Complementary breakfast, lunch and evening snacks facilities for all the employees. 5. HR are always trying to improve and delivering new idea and things to the policies. 6. They always believe in giving back.. So they always celebrate there success with all the employees. They keep all the employee connected with the Organization. 7. Management is good and open for new ideas. They always appreciate new things. 8. Work life and personal life is balanced. 9. Employees are friendly and you can reach out anyone for help.

      They should give some discount for there employees on MI product and Redmi phones.

      1) company provides cabs to most employees 2) Salary always on time

      Cons

      1) Extreme politics and favouritism at the mid and top level management. No one cares what work you do. 2) Toxic Workplace. I've seen people complaining about their workplace to be toxic, but believe me you don't know about toxic workplace is until you seen how things work here. 3) Zero Work life balance. People in sales are expected to work 7 days a week - 24hours a day. Even if you are on leave. Even on national holidays. Your manager will call you on Sundays. Video calls can continue till 9 - 10pm at nights. You are expected to have no family, no friends and give your 100% time to your org. 4) You will be threatened to be put into PIP on the smallest of things - like if your sales numbers are down even for a week, your manager will threaten to put you in PIP. Which they have done previously. 5) Zero growth and development. The only people getting growth are the guys showing off their work by posting market photos at 12 at night - which apparently shows how much they are working.
