Fake company,intact not a company, just a sole proprietorship firm.

To get experience in an unprofessional and organised organisation

Cons

No management, just running a fake company with all fake commitments. Employees not getting salaries, even employees are not having salary accounts, in short " a barter system, if you will give your salary is released else no salary". Employees are not treated as employees.
