      If you like to ButterPolish Top Management then it is good company.Otherwise if you want to give time to your family then dont join this company.

      Management People is not good Company is client centric and client oriented Company believes in making client happy not an employee Don't have proper plaaning of a project For 3 months Project they will promise client to do in just 1 month And after that they will pressure the developers,designers and Project to complete in 1 month by working 12 hrs a day and coming every saturday sunday Increment amount is very less.

      Hired team members that could embrace the vision of the company and work effortlessly together as a strong solid team.

      Cons

      Old team left by previous management, who were very problematic. Health inspections failed due to these left overs who just did not "get it" nor did they give a hoot about the business. Training and redirection was useless in terms of salvaging these people. Eventually, termination was done as the final straw. Owner, had a knack for trying to give "hard cases" a chance, which always went way south fast.
