      Economic downturn has crippled WP and there are no signs of a turn around. Company is in bad shape

      Pros

      Good place to work if you understand people are WorleyParsons' product - something WP also need to realize; a great place to gain valuable work/career experience to take to future employer. I did enjoy the people I worked with. Benefits were OK

      Cons

      Constant churn with reorg after reorg; talent management / employee retention non-existent; promoted cheaper less-experienced people into leadership roles as a cost savings measure. Talked a big story, but no view to the future unfortunately.

      Not a long term prospect, out to make hay while the sun shines

      Good salary and benefits, good project management framework, freedom to take decisions, opportunity to work with people all over the world

      Cons

      -New employee orientation not professionally handled, attitude is to get you out of their office and on client site. -No job security. -No clear reporting channel. - Lay off, separation took less than 15 minutes, left me feeling like a casual worker.

      used to be great pay

      Unorganized management , constant reorganization, precesses in place not followed. Utilizing low cost, unskilled labor is the latest ..therefore I will be laid off soon..replaced by overseas labor force
