      Great place to work for but changes are coming

      Pros

      Loved working at WP. Been here 9 years. Great for someone looking to work within the corporate world and climb the ladder.

      Cons

      Changes are happening. My role isn't the role I applied for anymore and has become more sales of products instead of relationships management. My portfolio isn't being looked after like it used to be because of pressure to sell them products.

      Pros

      The environment is very welcoming. Leadership is open to hearing ideas. During the Christmas season the company is really understanding about people being off to spend time with family and friends.

      Cons

      Some employees have been with the company for a long time and tend to be afraid of change. Just merged with Global Payments so expect changes which comes with the territory. Makes the unknown a little scary.
