Pros

Big company, good benefits, for the payment processing industry the pay is good. The backend support teams are really good, they really support them reps.

Cons

Not a lot of room for growth . Management form my experience was weak. They hire previous people they work with and they become a click. Everything thing will go in favor of the click. I seen this on two teams, that made the culture strained in the sales department.
