Great coworkers. Great work from home opportunity

Cons

Cut throat business. Oversaturated market with many merchant services sales people canvassing the market. Wacky, lazy sales managers who did not have the heart of a teacher although most hires had zero merchant services experience. Decreasing stipend/pay just as you begin to make headway in your sales

If you need big company on your resume, take it for a year, it may open some doors!

Cons

Pay is 30% lower than industry average, favoritism and bro culture is alive! Benefits are bare minimum and close to non existent. Very dry and draining culture. If you're a golf / whiskey loving white guy, you're fine, if you're POC, you'll have miserable time. I got 30% pay raise for a same job elsewhere with lot more cushiony benefits and more alive co-workers. At Worldpay, no-one want to be your friend. They're all dead inside.
