      team work, highly skilled workforce, breath of solution offerings

      Cons

      employee welfare is poor and more can be done to improve morale and motivation. teams are booked in travel hotels in red light districts and have to share rooms on company functions. Personal conflicts of interests apparent to all employees. Facilities are almost in dilapidated state - furniture and workstation space is not sufficient.

      Management are so poor. Working environment is so bad. Technology are so old. Team members are not friendly. Senior only helps to girls not boy. No work process flow
