      Less employee base and hybrid work.

      Cons

      Disgusting comments by RM about their team members. Personal attack and revenge are imminent for work related feedback. Lots of micromanagement. RM can easily spoil your reputation across the floor. Constant threats to terminate if you challenge your managers micromanagement ethics.
