Experience managing, and that is all.

Cons

Upper management. Human Resources corruption. "The customer is always right" mentality to the point corporate won't back their own employees. Blatant retaliation with 0 repercussions. Company allows employees to be assaulted with 0 resources or counseling. Company fails to reimburse employees when they say they will.
