Pros

Nice gym with good equipment. Co workers were nice to work with.

Cons

Pay is low. They threaten to fire someone in every meeting. Most unethical company I have ever worked for. The owners seemed unorganized. Membership Prices were changed on a daily basis. Management has no respect for the employees.

Pros

You get a free membership. The gym is family owned and has been in business for twenty years. The environment is super casual.

Cons

There are not many cons. The biggest one that I can think off is you are not going to make the big bucks.

Pros

Have gotten the chance to work with some very motivated and passionate clients, but in the commercial setting you sometimes get people that have been talked into signing up but don't really care to be there. In this case they frequently no show and it is difficult to get them excited about it if they aren't there in the first place.

Cons

Upper management/ Owners make decisions that would impact members without first seeing if there is any interest in a new program or seeing if there would be a negative opinion about a change to the club.
